Some women just do not lubricate enough for various reasons, sometimes because of hormone imbalances or stress. There are all sorts of goopey water-soluble lubricants available for purchase, even at grocery stores. If it bothers you, you could ask your doctor.

It can be a problem that a doctor can help you with.

If you are older and possibly menopausal it may be a estrogen problem. I have a estring and it has been a Godsend. It's not only for that private time, but all of the time discomfort that you might normally not have related to dryness.

If you are not older then I would definitely go to a doctor because you can actually tear and cause other problems.

Good Luck!

It could be a health problem, but I think it happens to everyone at sometime. Just go out and buy a high quality lube.
