It's usually there after taking bath or a shower. And when you touch the back of your ear, it gets in your hand and it smells. What is that?

My God....how often do you shower? Once a year? Sounds like smegma of the ear! Icky poo. I suggest you wash your head a little more often.....daily would be ideal but for some reason I don't think that's going to happen with you.Let's try for once a week. I bet the smelly stuff goes away if you stick to this new regimen. Invest in some Q-tips at the same time but DON'T shove them into your ear drum....that's something I'm seriously concerned about you doing....I can just picture it now. WASH YOUR BODY!

dried up skin cells mixed with soap from not rinsing very well.. I find those behind my kids ears from time to time... And if it smells it might be a mild yeast infection behind it so do the following: Clean with a damp cotton ball or a Q-tip drenched in Hydrogen Peroxide water. HP kills bacteria on contact. If it foams a little that means there was live bacteria and it's dealing with it.
Make sure you totally clean it and apply some clotrimazole cream... or if it's an open wound, a triple antibiotic cream will do the trick.. After it goes away rub the area with petroleum gelly and wipe it clean.
Always keep the back of your ears clean.
It's not a big deal but it's a nuissance... and you don't want to grow mushrooms behind your year... ;)

you definantly might desire to scrub the cage first. The cage might desire to be wiped sparkling as quickly as a week. additionally, attempt to get a toothbrush and dismiss the bugs, im uncertain if this works yet ive heard of persons doing it. Ask petsmart or a puppy save or something if theres like a twig because of the fact i think of ive heard of one. I wouldnt %. on the scabs however, those will heal. If all else fails i think of you will possibly desire to call a vet.

Ugh...sorry but that sounds pretty sick. Never heard of it. Maybe you should ask your doc next time you go, have it checked out.
