if i went to the dostors about a sore shoulder wat will they do?

i have to go to the doctors about my hand and my shoulder for the hand i have to have a tetnus injection cause i sut it really badly and i'm scared about that wat are some ways to calm me down about that and i hurt my shoulder playing netball ( i am only 14 )
and i'm scared about that 2! lolz will they have to give me a cortasone injection for it because i'm soooooooooooooo afraid of needles please help me! by the way the pain in my shoulder is like a constant stabbing pain any ideas

I wouldn't worry about a shot. You need to get it checked out. They normally do not give you shots before they try other remedies.

I have rotator cuff problems and did physical therapy that helped it totaly quit hurting and did not have to take a cortizone shot. The physical therapy takes time, but they can really help you stregnthen the small muscles that support the bones and joints that you cannot do without their help.

About the shot for your cut hand, take some deep breaths and try to think of somewhere great you've been and picture it in your head.

Take a breath...if I can read this...you need a tetanus shot?..I have given hundreds of them and they don't hurt..as far as your shoulder..they usually give cortisone when you are much older as it usually related to arthritis..you are too young to have that..you probably just strained your shoulder or arm..the doctor will examine you and help move your arm and see where the pain is..you will be just fine...
