No everyone do not have a choice in the life they want to have. I have heard about many people in countries where they sell their children to make a living. People even send their young boys to work instead of schools coz they could earn some extra money. Some people marry off their daughters at 13 or 14 coz they cannot afford food for another person in their family. This has happened and is still happening. Now just think of all those children , did they have a choice in how they live their lives.

On the scale of the world I would say that there are millions of people who do not have a choice. Look at China, India and countries in Africa just to mention a few. India has over a billion people living there. I believe that I am very fortunate to be able to speak my mind, provide shelter and food, be educated, be married by choice, having children by choice, etc.

No, no one has a choice in anything. Life is simply a predetermined process. Unless you shun centuries of science and believe the mind functions as an extended spark of God or other unproven-as-of-yet theories, you must think that our actions are determined by chemical reactions in the mind, and so although you cant predict what your choices will be -- your choices are a chaotic function of infinite complexity, look in the math section for more on that -- you don't get to decide either.

No. No-one in the world does; they choose - but its not their choice; their choices are entirely based on theire entire past. Everything you do is predetermined. I would go into it more, but i'm not writing books - yet.
Can you believe the idiot who said that every Muslim is superbrainwashed to the point that thier whole lives are controlled on a conscious level. Man, he's the brainwashed one - and i'd be willing to bet he lives in america. Americans really get the bad end of the stick - but yea thats the answer to another question.

Yes. Some situations may not give you the choices you want/need but make some good ones to get you into a better situation or if thats not an option, then make choices on how to make your situation the best it can be.

We all have many choices... I can't say we will always like them, but we always have choices. What you do with what you now is your choice, and how is as well your choice even if you only get to decide one of the two... the choice is still a choice.

No Jade . . unfortunately not . . a lot of people are born into tough circumstances and never get a fair chance . . Moslim women for example (especially those in Iran right now) African women that are forced into genital mutilation, and Indians who are born into the caste system, daliths still have a substandard life with very little hope for advancement . . no we, the western world are sooooo incredibly priveleged, we should never forget how good we actually have it . . .

Yes, everything in your life you can decide how it will affect you. By doing so you have control whether a divorce will ruin you or a business will prosper. It's all a mindset that most people are not accustomed to. We all have the ability to choose how to live their lives.

Yes of course they do. Sometimes people say 'Circumstances forced me to do this or that.' However we all have a choice, it's just that sometimes that choice takes a harder, more difficult form for some.

Everyone except Muslims.

They are raised as the cult's slaves, forced to pray 5 times a day and taught to hate their fellow human beings.
