You don't have to phrase it that way. On the resume you can list the different jobs that you did with the responsibility mentioned.

On the cover letter you can mention that you worked in several different offices.

You may want to improve your English writing skills before you create your own resume. If you write it the way you are writing here, it will look really bad. Sorry but that is the truth. Many employers will discard resumes with poor English.

I would highlight the fact that you've been working for a temp service. Most employers understand that a temp service is going to outsource you to different clinics as the need arises.

This is a benefit and can be used to your advantage because you've been exposed to different settings, environments, and Doctors.

"Highly professional dental assistant with a proven track record of success working in a variety of clinics. Able to adapt easily to change and can multi-task providing quality service to the organization and its customers."

Focus on the positives that you've been learning. You could phrase your experiences by using words like: "multi-tasking", learning new processes and procedures, "shadowing" other dental assistants or dentists, dental office administration, learning various methods of dental office operations. Anyway, I'm no expert at this but I hope this advice helps!

Use a functional resume format. It highlights your skills rather than the companies you worked for.
