Well, Salma Hayek has large breasts, but she's Mexican, not Spanish... Do you remember what movie she was in?
Here are some better known Spanish actresses: Penélope Cruz (a million movies, Vanilla Sky, for one), Paz Vega (Spanglish, Sex and Lucía), Maribel Verdú (Y tu mamá también), Natalia Verbeke (well, she's originally from Argentina, but I think she grew up in Spain, she's been in mostly Spanish language movies, but she was in Dot the I, which was in English)
