Because they get drunk on beer and pass out and are not begging for money for crack cocaine/meth too stay awake, They have to get there sleep to go to work and do the job some of you LAZY F'S will not do..

haha because theres no other (cold) place that they can hang in until theyre sober! haha i kno NYC can be pretty unexplainable! haha it was like that when i went thereto visit my aunt! haha there were these asian people who were like practically having sex i sware! they were like all on top of eachother making out and stuff

the bums are mostly white, black then hispanic. i dont think you ever been to new york.
