the normal blood pressure is 120/80 120 is the systolic blood pressure measured during heart contraction while 80 is the diastolic blood which is measured during heart relaxation.
this pressure is important to supply tissues with normal perfusion i.e
normal amount of oxygen and other substances needed by the tissues to perform good functions.
so if blood pressure is low tissues will not get its requirements to work well and starts to show symptoms e.g dizziness ,chest pain inability to do hard work
if blood pressure is high..... u can imagine... brain hemorrhage, eye symptoms, heart symptoms and so on
i hope u could understand
