Yes. They are delicious deep fried in a beer batter. They go well with sauted mushrooms. I prefer hamsters to gerbils. They have a more delicate flavor.

Yes, mine is small, cute and friendly, and she does a couple of tricks... she's potty trained, and will sit up for a treat...lol

Rats actually make much better pets! They will bond to you much more than a hamster.

They remind me of mice too much which is why I don't really care for hamsters.

no. i dont like them. i was bit on the finger by one that was small and cute and it hurt.it was mean and aggressive. hope you find a nice one.
