no it is not, what would your neightbor think? Even if she wanted to, you should not do that, it states directly against that in the bible. her words may sound nice but her actions will take you to hell

Sure do it if you want to commit adultry. If you want to ruin your own marriage, If you you want to disappoint your and her kids.
If you want to risk a sexually transmitted disease.
You call your neighbor a friend...What the heck would you do to your friendship. If she is coming on to you, she might be stringing along dozen's of guys. Are you this disperate for attention and validation?
What about the vows of a marriage. If you are married, then geesh......what about your own family. Are you ready to lose them and disappoint them. What about your own commitment??????????

NO,it's NOT ok!!!!Regardless of the fact that she is giving you looks and free shows,she is someone ELSE'S wife!!IF you were/are married(and were/are happy)would you want anyone else to be with your wife???Leave the married women ALONE!!!They are NOT up for grabs.!!
