whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa
i'm sorry, and i mean no disrespect, but you have a very bad understanding of what dimensions are.
it's not that we live in the THIRD dimension.there is no such thing as a third dimension, and even if there were, it would only be a SINGLE dimension,,,, which is just a straight line.
what we live in is THREE dimensions. the names of the three dimensions are the X axis, the Y axis, and the Z axis. keep in mind though,,,, our universe is only three-dimensional when it is viewed in a single frame in time. if you're looking at a piece of the universe over the course of a certain amount of time, then it's actually four-dimensional. this dimension is referred to as the T-axis (i believe).
for example, let's look at the dimensions of "a house during wednesday". the width (from right to left) of the house is the x-axis. the height of the house (from up to down) is the y-axis, the length of the house (from front to back) is the z-axis, and the time in which the house exists (from past until present,,, or uhh,, from before until after, and more specifically, from 12:00 AM on wednesday until the end of 11:59 PM on wednesday) is the t-axis.
the best way to think of dimensions is to think of each one as a straight line. and the best way to think of any NEW dimension is by adding a new straight line that's perpendicular to all of the other ones you have. (actually, it doesn't have to be perpendicular, just linearly independent.)
so, let's say you draw a single line on a sheet of paper. this line will be 1-D ("D" stands for "dimension") if you add any line whatsoever to it, then you will have a 2-D plain. let's say now though, that you wanna add a third line. you have one line that goes from the left to the right of the paper, and a second line that goes from the top to the bottom. these lines are perpendicular to one another. if you draw a third line though which is diagonal, you'll not be changing your shape from 2-D to 3-d. the reason why is because this new diagonal line will not be linearly independent to the other two lines. and in order to make a line that is linearly independent, you will need to extend it from the paper. (like,,,, imagine that you balance your pencil on its point and it sticks straight up in the air. treat this pencil like the third line. you will notice that it is perpendicular to BOTH of the lines drawn on the flat piece of paper.)
if you didn't understand what i said, then please read this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cartesian_coordinates
(it has pictures too.)
whatever you do, please educate yourself on this subject. the ideas that you have right now are very common, but also very false. then, after you've learned the basics, check out string theory. supposedly they can demonstrate how there are 11 dimensions in our universe. it deals a lot with quantum mechanics though and is very speculative.

5 , errrrrr.... you just answered it yourself
"If the 1st is Existance.
The 2nd is a flat image, picture, photo, screens
projection, painting, TV, Video.
We live in the 3rd.
The 4th is Time.
The 5th is Concious+ Unconcious Thought..."

The 5th is Concious+ Unconcious Thought... you're just making them up now...
but i hear that there are infinite dimensions.

There are 4 dimensions that we know of. 3 physical dimension, length breadth and height, and time.
Existence and consciousness are not dimensions.
There is speculation that there are other dimensions but as far as I am aware no actual evidence has been found to confirm this speculation yet.

According to current quantum physics and M-Theory, there are 11 dimensions. No idea what they all are, though....
