I don't live in your area so I don't know any specifically but a good place to start is usually the dept of health division of mental health(may be called something different in your state) It is likely your county or if you live in an urban area even your city would have the most appropriate local services. remember if you or a friend is the victim of domestic violence the first step in getting out of that situation and if you are the perpetrator the physical abuse must stop before treatment can begin. good luck
