New Mexico.!!! we have the best weather year round ,we have beautiful mountians,High desert ,white sands ,carlsbad caverns all natonalities,fishing & hunting etc etc. No toranados, no huricanes, a few very small earthquakes.

I'd say not the US. :) I like it up here in Canada.

I think if it HAD to be U.S., it would be Washington State.
