if my nipples hurt when the shower is on and the water is showering on them?

sometimes mine do too, the water pressure might be too high or your nips could just be sensitive

No not at all, they're just sensitive that's all. Sometimes the same thing happens to me, don't worry about it!

it's probably cuase your breasts are growing so your nipples are tender. it's fine it won't be like that all the time.

If you are pregnant, it is not ABnormal, they can be very tender.
