Just drink plenty of water before you go to bed, and if you wake up in the middle of the night having to go to the bathroom, just don't get up, lay there and pee, then go back to sleep. Over time you will be able to do it without waking up.
I just hope your mom is the type that will put you back into diapers instead of giving you some form of severe punishment. If that's the case you may have to wait until you are old enough to move out on your own where you can do what you want, when you want.
