You read on various literatures. There are tons of topics you could read on pregnancy where you will learn the theoretical facts. I do not have idea whether you are married or not ,whether you have been pregnant but I would like to let you know that the best way to know the whole essence of pregnancy is by experience. Please bear in mind though that if you are still single please do not dare to try just for curiousity sake.(Will there be anyone who will have such thinking?)

Get pregnant yourself are ask a pregnant girl questions thats what i used to to before i had my daughter i was always so curious about pregnancy so i would ask my sister.
