I don't live in the UK but I remember watching a television program about the charver problem there. That was a few years ago. Is there still a problem with charvers there, or have the British authorities gotten them under control now?

I'm not sure what the programme was, but I'm unaware of any 'chav' problem. I work in a secondary school with a lot of kids you might class as chavs, but they are just kids- some good, some bad, some somewhere in the middle.
We have ASBOs (Anti-social behaviour orders), which deal with kids causing problems in their neighbourhoods- some times they work and sometimes they don't- like most things.
I wouldn't take the things you see on TV as fact, the UK is predominantly a peaceful place where people go about their business unhindered.
We do, however, have a problem with growing gun and knife violence- now where, I wonder, may that have come from?

i could be vulnerable to place some quid into finding at motives at the back of the full concern, if I have been interior the government. even with each and every thing, in case you do not understand what motives a concern - you do not understand the thank you to offer up it, do you? For each and every of the "difficult on crime" nonsense you pay attention reported interior the newspapers and on Jeremy Kyle - nevertheless there is not something incorrect with the regulation being upheld by using police and magistrates - no actual progression would be made till the reason being dealt with. you are able to communicate approximately "messages of terror" or regardless of - regardless of if it won't supply up the subject. Making little scrotes stay away out of your automobile is one ingredient, as long as you at the instant are not troubled approximately them doing it a pair of streets down - regardless of if it would not sparkling up the final concern. in simple terms getting to the foundation reason and putting that suited will sparkling up it. it may probably be that, after a lot analyze and analyze, the final thank you to do away with the subject is definitely to take a load of youngsters out the back and supply them a competent kicking - yet till this is appeared into, we don't understand this for confident. and that i don't want my tax funds wasted on something it could not artwork - i want a actual answer.
