How to help Africa?

The best thing is to stop aids we give to them.With this in place,a lot of them will die and the others will learn a lesson.Africans themselves hate development and suffer from the worst of inferiority complex.We see traces of this in Africa-Americans in USA.
I don't think the rich world will wanna give in for Africa to develop.Raw material will become expensive and life in the rich world unbarrable.More to that we are not going to have people to mock in our news.Wanna comment? say what you think.

The way to help is to take over and run it. We need to re-colonize and get it organized. In a couple of generations we can raise them to where they are capable of self-government, which they are not currently. Also need to totally re-draw the national boundaries.

What people dont realize about america is that we give, and we give and we give. The problem is that corruption is rampant, (by both our govt, and the recieving countrys govt) and the money is poorly spent. We have already given billions to Africa, and the kicker is we have problems here! Personally, I think that our government should spend money on domestic issues, and say FTW. Honest to God! Everyone we give to, either hates us or criticizes everything we do anyways.

No, the best way to help Africa is to stop sending them money and help them establish capitalism, enforce contract law, and ensure the ownership of private property.

With those things in place, Africa has everything it needs. There are those who say Africa suffers from a history of colonialism. To them, I say USA and Canada. There are those who say they suffer from a lack of raw materials. To them I say Japan and England.

The African people have what it takes to survive, but we keep sending money to them. Naturally, it goes to their corrupt gov'ts.
