Carlos Mancia, sure he can come off as a butt, but his comedy has a great message. him and Dave Chapple both find away to make light of tought issues, in race life, and religon. George Lopez we know your latino get over it and move on! hes too much of a knock of to really be concidered Funny.

I like them both but Carlos goes a bit farther than George in my opinion. Because he goes farther I pick Carlos.
