is a khaki skirt formal enough?? (like 2 inches above the knee). the weddings at 1 in the afternoon in a church

I would say no. You can always find a lovely floral skirt at any store for a good price. If the wedding is casual then wear the khaki skirt, it it is not then please wear something a little nicer. You do not have to wear a ball gown, but it being summer you could wear T-length, pastel-colored summer dress.

If it's an afternoon summer wedding, it should be fine. Unless it is an extremely formal church.

Wear whatever you are comftable in , and if you change your mind on the khaki skirt, buy something that you can wear to other places not just for this one occasion ...

If you have to go in a church then better you should wear a traditional wedding dress.

No I don't thinkyou should wear that. You should wear something classy. Something that turns heads but not something that makes their eyes light up.
