I don't think so, here's why....
10 Things why Wii is good:

1)Better graphics than before on the gamecube
2)Unlike PS2 and Xbox 360, their games are classic
3)The Wii uses a remote sensored laser that detects movement when you point the remote at the T.V
4)Although it may not have the blu-ray capabilities that the new ps3 does.
5)Costs less than PS3(coming soon) and Xbox 360
6)New games are coming out like the classic super smash bros. which will have a new title called super smash bros brawl. Or the Legend of Zelda game with awesome graphics.
7)Plays DVD's!!!!
8)Rumor has it that it can play gamecube games also
9)unlike only 2 controllers on the PS2, it'll be like the Xbox 360 with wireless controllers
10)Players like the new gen console look along with their controllers instead of a full stick. You can now move and twist the controller freely.

The Wii is already so incredibly cool (Despite the fact it's not out yet) that I have much pitty for any sap willing to shell out 600 plus dollars for Sony's third crapstation.

Zelda looks amazing, of course, but Project H.A.M.M.E.R, now that's exciting.

It really depends on what type of game you're looking for. Nintendo has been struggling these past years, as microsoft and sony have been beating the socks off of them. They're hoping that the wii will save them with its different style of gameplay!

OMG...The WII is going to be the best system EVER...it may not have quite as many things as the other, but it's Wi-Fi compatible, let's you feel and ACTUALLY DO the action in the game, backwards compatible, and OMG SOOOOO MUCH MORE!
