First of all, stop worrying about it...it's normal for all teens and young people to have some sort of acne problem.
Acne can be a really hard thing to deal with in your teen-aged years, but you are not alone. Acne is very common among teenagers because of their changing bodies and the increase in hormone production.
Acne is caused by oil and bacteria that clogs hair follicles called sebaceous hair follicles located on the face, neck, chest, back and shoulders.

Go to the dermatologist, and get an antibiotic and some Azelaic acid or Benzoyl Peroxide. The Antibiotic helps with the use of a topical cream like Azelaic Acid or Benzoyl Peroxide.
Believe me, I had acne until I was 21, just go to the dermatologist, and get what ever he/she prescribes. Then don't skip a day in using it. Don't be lazy. let the drugs do their work. Don't Ever.....Ever....trust an over-the-counter remedy. They're just a bunch of hype.
If I didn't drive this home
Go to your dermatologist!

Wash your face twice a day with a face scrubber. Once in the morning and once at night before bed. Not just in the shower, but acutally buy some face soap and a face scubber and wash your face seperately at the sink! Kept my face clear for months but I break out again when I slack :P
