I am having the chance to see them in two weeks out in Chicago as part of the Lollapalooza Music Festival and was curious about what I could expect out of their play list.

No, when you said old stuff, people automatically think "Give it Away" and "Under the Bridge," but they don't play the old, old stuff like the "Freaky Styley," "Uplift Mofo Party Plan" and self-titled stuff. They don't do any Hillel Slovak stuff, just stuff that features John Frusciante. And they don't play anything off of "One Hot Minute," which had Dave Navarro on guitar.

of course! they have a huge catalog of songs, but you can almost be guanteed to hear, give it away, under the bridge suck my kiss. Chances are good that they will play higher gound, and a hendrix cover. newer hits like scar tissue, californication, bye the way they always find a way to make a kick *** show. cross your fingers they might put the socks on!!
sorry chad your bass drum leaves little to the imagination lol Have a great time!!
