A hexagon has six sides. Each of the angles is 120 degrees. You will need a mitre box that will cut 60 degree angles, so when two 60s go together, they'll make a 120 degree angle. Do a search for woodworking or mitre box uses.

Well, a soccer ball is made up of hexagons AND pentagons... maybe you need to use some five-sided pieces as well? In quilting, we use triangles to fill in the spaces with hexagons when trying to make a straight edge, you could do that too.

I think (don't quote me on this) a hexagon has 10 sides.........Look it up on Google..........Take care and happy hexagoning..............LOL
