We (America) wage war on country and groupes of people that invade or attact us. We killed British to win our indepentance, we bombed the Taliban over 9/11, we send tens of thousands of navtie americans to there dead on the "Trail of tears", but most see Hitler as evil. Hitler belived the Jewish people was attacking and invading Germany. He waged a war on them for what he belived was right and by our history was right! If he's wrong and evil why are we not?

If you examine the history of the NAZI and related groups you will note that they singled one phenotype (not the same one though) and decided that the rest were good only to use or dispose of. This would have ended up with an interesting situation if the two major powers of the Axis had won as neither would have wanted to share the world with the other. Before you start singing the innocence of the Reich or Imperial Japan consider that it was planned that Africa would have been emptied as was attempted with the Jews and Slavs. Japan not only experimented with germ warfare but used it on P.O.W.s and Chinese/Korean towns. They were trying to develop one of the balloon bombs that they sent to the U.S.; which killed a couple people and started a fire or two, that would infect the west coast with plague. What the U.S. has done hasn't always been right but we have not tried to use the extermination of millions as a political tool. By the way, it wasn't that the Jews were attacking anything. They were untermensch (my german is rusty enough to squeak so the spelling is suspect) and were rated right up there with the rest of the less than humans inhabiting the world and needed to be either controlled for slave labor (another favorite use of his) or eliminated. As for your question, I suggest using the Spell Check if you want to be taken a bit more seriously..

Your kidding, right? Hitler didn't kill the Jews in self defense. He killed them because he thought they were inferior and the world would be a better place without them. He tried to exterminate the entire race. He was insane and on dope most of the time.
We killed the British in our fight for Independence. We had people from other countries helping us kill the British because ours was a noble cause. I'll admit that we did screw the American Indians but that kind of thing has been going on since the beginning of time. One power conquering another. The point is that we don't kill populations arbitrarily. Hitler did, Stalin did, Saddam did, to name a few. Just because a person thinks they're doing the right thing doesn't mean they ARE doing the right thing.

When America wages war on groups and people that attack us, that is our right to defend ourselves.

The British were oppressing us (the offenses are listed in the Declaration of Independence) and in that document we correctly asserted our right to throw off such oppression. We bombed the Taliban because they were protecting al Kaida, which killed our civilian people on 9/11. Conniving bigot Andrew Jackson did send thousands of Cherokees on the "Trail of Tears," a great American shame that has little to do with this discussion.

Hitler was psychopathic. That doesn't excuse genocide. His patriotic craziness enflamed a war that killed tens of millions of people on his continent. That's wrong. That's evil. We stopped it. There hasn't been a significant war on that continent since --that's called :"building peace," and that's what we do.

Except when we make mistakes or bully our way into the wrong fight, or grossly misplan a colonial occupation --what is what's going on in Iraq.

Hitler was nuts, he was abused by his father as a child. Everything America had done was justified by a true reason, not because our leaders have been nutcases. Hitler nearly wiped out every jewish person in Germany. How was Hitler right in killing more than 10 million people in his camps, including Jews, gypsies, politcal opponents, homosexuals, the mentally retarded, and the physically handicapped?

Well I think it boils down to intent. It was Hitler's intent, malicious at that, to target innocent men, women and children. The US has in fact killed many innocents, but it was their "intent". That's to say they were not targeting these people. Does this make the US less guilty? Yes.
Hitler and obviously many others in the Reich, did feel the Jews were to blame for their country's ills. But most sane people know this was irrational.
And this isn't to say what the US did to the native Americans was justified.

My parents experienced the Nazi occupation. They were not Jewish, but they were caught up in it all. There has never been anything like it to this date. Hitler targeted one nation of people and did his best to exterminate them and anyone else who got in his way by any means. There is no comparison to what he had planned. Please research this dark period and seek out people who lived through it. It will run chills up and down your spine to hear what they've experienced. You won't want to believe that such evil could have existed.

If everyone comes to believe a foolish thing.... It is still a foolish thing. I can't say that we are always right, if you consider the many things that have come to pass in our history, however ultimately it seems to have been worked on along the way, and while we still have our issues we still must keep trying to do what we can by what we believe as well as what is moral...

Because the Jews did nothing. He blamed the Jews for the economical downfall of Germany. Jews were not responsible for this. He had no reason to kill millions of Jews. We are fighting this war because of terroism and weapons of mass. destruction.
