With American Big Oil in command now more than GWB, I'd have to say: yes. Skull and Bones has an impressive alumni list of several of the world's most powerful men on the planet--past and current date.

But what is power? Power is merely being allowed to do one thing so you can one day return the favor; it's advocated by a group nearly each time.
