I am 14 years old, I weigh 110, and am 5' 1." Is that overweight? Oh yea........ I don't have a lot of muscle either

Just about perfect! I love petite women.

If you want to improve your overall fitness, try walking several miles per day. Like walk to and from school instead taking a bus or getting a ride. Swimming is very good, too.

You are probably fine. Why are you concerned at age 14? Muscles will come with time and working on resistence machines or lifting weights. Take are of yourself. JG

Ur a little under weight. Try malts to get to at least 120 pounds. They're delicious.

I'm pretty sure thats healthy, although you might want to work on muscle.
