Masturbation is a healthy and natural thing. It will NOT cause you to go blind; that is an urban legend (Enzyte, the "natural male enhancement" drug, however, is known to cause blindness). Masturbation provides a safe, harmless, and, lets face it, fun channel to release sexual tension. Masturbation is in many ways a safer mirror of sex: muscles spasm, adenosine levels plummet, then skyrocket after orgasm, your heart races, pupils dialate, and about a million neurotransmitters fire at any given time.

rSeem like masturbation good or bad seems to get lot of questions. Here it the 21st. century and still the myths of masturbation exist today. It is one most normal of sexual activities, can be done in private, with group, you chose time and place.
Dr. Elders was right when she spoke out and defended the practice of masturbation. Her remarks cost her job religious zealots still see evils of masturbation.
Been masturbater for number of years and will continue with the art of solo sex.

of course its great, just do it and don't worry about it..no matter how many times a day, just make sure you are not rubbing it too much to irritate your penis. Feel great and smile.
