I was a Bronco-maniac my entire life until I watched them lose 3 super bowls almost back to back (late 80's, early 90's). I pretty much lost my love of them and the game.
But you can't escape the Broncos in CO, so when a game is on, I am usually hoping the donkeys win.
(I turned my football-love to hockey-love. Go Avs!)

In the NFL, my hometown Pittsburgh Steelers. In college, my alma mater, Ohio State, although I grew up cheering for Penn State. In soccer, since some answerers want to be clever with the term "football", the Columbus Crew and the U.S. National Team. In Australian Rules football, the Richmond Tigers, as they represent a blue-collar area and have colors similar to Pittsburgh's teams. In Canadian football, no preference, although I do like the game. In Arena football, the Tampa Bay Storm and the Columbus Destroyers, as both represent areas where I've lived.
