Well, coming from a Army guy that this happened to, I say Yes. My ex-wife did this to me, then I found out it was more than once. If they have to find someone else cause they are bored then its time for them to move on.

YES!It's worth a lawyers time of course. It's not why he/she cheated,it's the fact that he/she cheated.I would'nt put up with a cheater because (USUALLY-in most cases)once a cheater, always a cheater.IF he/she thinks their spouse is boring sexually, then he/she needs to talk to their spouse and see what they can do..within their relationship....to ignite and fire up their flames. You DON'T go out and find someone else.I believe in keeping it interesting in the bedroom(when your in a commited/lasting relationship)BUT I would not tolerate that being the reason for adultry/cheating!!!!!!

It's worth some counseling, at least.

Let's correct something first: Nobody "needs" to release on someone else, that's a "want."

Most of us fantasize and/or masturbate to fill these voids and protect our marriages and relationships.

Not knowing more about your particular situation I would have to say you people need to have some serious talks about monogamous relationships.

Otherwise, just have an open relationship with that understanding.

"If the other is persistent and wants this and one does not, by all means, get counseling if this person is willing to. And if not I would say green light to get out now."
