Circuit City or Best Buy or Comp USA. Most of them aren't cords but adapters that are about 1 inch long. But there are some short cords that do this. See some in links below...I prefer the short adapter shown in the CompUSA link to a cord type, but it is personal choice.

You can buy one at computer shops. Just tell PS/2 ~ USB converter...

You can buy a cheap usb mouse and they have an adapter for doing that~

I very very very doubt that there is such a thing... and why the hell would you need to do that for a usb to ps2 neways.... Unless your playing illegal emulated games.... but you don't need a controller for that if you set the controls right;
