no it would be a discrimination question if they asked a question but what you wrote is a statement. Unless they said a racial slur like if you are hispanic, african american, ect. and the reason you are lazy is because you all are. that is a racial question.

There are a lot of people who depend on the government even hard working people who just can't get a better paying job. I race is not the issue but they could be judging you none the less.

If that is the limit of the criticism, where does race play a role? There is nothing that refers to culture, ethnicity --- so NOPE.....deadbeats come in all colors, shapes & forms. It's an equal opportunity for the inopportuned &/or unmotivated.

I see no reason to assume it's racist. Granted, a lot of comments like these are made against particular races, but if someone just said it to you directly, then I would just take it as them being well... mean.
