122 pounds doesn't sound bad, but it all depends on your age and height. If you are worried then how about just drinking a lot of water instead of sodas and juice and eat more veggies instead of starches.

Well i used to wieght 100 pounds and i just joinded track or a sports acitivity and played outsied keep myslef busy form food. Find an activity you like or are good at. It good just be cruising around on your bike or waliking around talking with your friends. Walking around may not seem like a good idea but it is because now i've lost some pounds here and there doing this and that.

you silly straight girl. Be happy with 122, unless u are like 5 feet or shorter, thats a good wt. Nobody wants a bag of bones, and if they do, they are sick.

r u kidding me!! u r ok. u need that much weight. u don't need to worry for ur weight. the one who needs to worry is me who has only 90 pound hardly.

doctors and every one else been telling me to put on some weight but i just can't. i think you gotta help me here!! will ya? i would really apreciate it!!! take care !!!lol....

first off at that weight you would not have to loose any, unless you are really short.

or else your on hear bragging because your so skinny........

but drink water, exercise and cut down on what you eat.....

excercise alot ..but still eat healthy foods ...and drink water
