A nice rose color, with a cream color along your browbone, and a little bronzer on your cheeks for color, and a rose colored lipstick.

Whatever you do don't wear a pink color. Choose a color that will bring attention to your eyes. Your eyecolor plays a big factor in the right color to wear. Blonde hair and fair skin and a pink top you should go with something neutral and a little shimmery like a bronze or light brown. Stay away from green, pink or purple with this outfit. It really doesn't matter what color you are wearing; your make up should match your skin tone.
Besides being fair skinned and blond hair, there are base colors in your skin, either olive or blue, etc.
I would either check out your mall's cosmetics counters to see what the people there say (although they will want you to buy their product) or I'd check out Cover Girl's website (CoverGirl.com, I think.)

I would choose colors from the earth tones such as light brown pale grey or faint yellows.Those all go with a pink shirt.

2. Never buy makeup in a can
3. Never buy makeup in a hardware store

a Lite blue or lite purple or both together (nothing HEAVY during the fall). Something to compliment the Pink and/or your eyes!!!

well a good shade of eyeshadow would be a golden brown or a mix of a dark pink and a light pink

I think a light blue with a hint of pink in the middle and then a clear sparkly white on the top ..will look cute and sexy at the same time..

a light pink on your eyelid and a light blue into your crease. It can also depend on your eye color.
Blue Eyes- orangy+gold eyeshadow colors
Green Eyes- violet+purplish eyeshadow colors
Brown Eyes- light browns+golds+neutral eyeshadow colors

I WAS TAUGHT THAT IF U HAVE BLUE EYES U SHOULD STICK TO BROWN EYELINER. FOR EYESHADOW BROWNS, GOLDS, LIGHT PINKS, PEACHY. DARKER AND WILD COLORS TEND TO MAKE BLUE EYED PEOPLE LOOK WASHED OUT ESPECIALLY IF YOUR FAIR SKINNED. BROWN EYED PEOPLE CAN USUALLY WEAR ANY COLOR EYELINER, AND EYESHADOW. PUT THE LIGHTEST COLOR UNDER YOUR BROW, THEN THE MEDIUM COLOR ON YOUR LID AND UP TO THE EDGE OF THE LIGHTEST COLOR BELOW YOUR BROW, THEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR EYELID AND IN THE CREASE PUT THE DARKEST COLOR THERE--THIS IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE YOUR EYES LOOK ALMOND SHAPED AND MAKE THEM REALLY COME OUT.

i would say either a light pink or skin-ish brown and it depends about the shirt but also a silver white would look good
and u should try both see what looks good with it
