girls say this 2 their guys when they want 2 'do it' and when they don't want 2 'do it', they tell them 2 go take a cold shower, meaning 2 walk away and cool down. i've experienced this many times with my BF.

cold water has the interesting effect of making a man's penis shrink whether it's hard or not. if the man wants to cool his ardor, he can take a cold shower and his erection will usually subside. if he is just horny, the shock of the cold water can take his mind off it.

if a guy wants 'it' they have weird feelings and get hot so the term is when a girl wants him to go away she says that so if he really did it would 'turn off' those feelings
