White and black is really popular right now. I think you should come back from summer break looking like you just came back from a tropical vacation! Do a sunless tan (Try Neutrogena Micro Mist Spray), wear a long layered bohemian skirt and a matching tank or short sleeved top and either a long necklace or something beachy and cute. One of my favorite stores for beach-inspired accessories in Breezy Beach Wear. They don't cost much at all and you can order online!

I am the same age but anyway
wear a plaid cute skirt with mary janes a button up top with a v-neck sweater over it, if you want some makeup tips try this:
Foundation: use a liquid or a powder, if your using a liquid apply with a sponge dab it on your cheeks nose and chin and blend well
Powder: Also close to your skin color and apply with a brush and sweep it on
Liner: Use a black or brown liner on top only close to the lash line for that natural look
Mascara: Grab a color to match your liner and apply 1/2 coats on the top only also for a natural look
Shadow: use a brown or tan with a pink shimmer on top of the lid and blend well
To be natural stray away from blush but for a cute natrual sun look put a light pink on your cheeks and nose
Lips: top it off with a sheer/ pink or lavender gloss
Face makeup use Bare Esenctuals {I.E. foudnation, powder and blush}
Eye makeup for funky eyecolors try MAC or hard candy otherwise try Clinique or Maybelline
Lips I really like NYC but you do have to re-apply if you dont want to try Revlon Color Stay

I say wear cute, flattering clothes that aren't skanky. Like, a knee-length black skirt (you can go tight on this part) or a black tube-dress-thing with a white jean jacket over it. Show a LITTLE leg and a LITTLE cleavage, but don't look totally whore-ish. And don't forget some cute boots. :D Good luck...8th grade was a fun year for me. I hope it's the same for you!

something comfortable you are going to be getting up and down a lot to get text books dont wanna risk fallin down....I would suggest capri's with a shoe that has a low heel or flat, a cute design but not sparkley...little to no makeup cause the building may be hot and you dont wanna just sweat it off...lip gloss that matches your lips and plenty of it ... make sure your teeth are white...and maybe one of those sayings tops ...or a cami with a half length jacket of sorts...

Maybe a mini skirt with a nice matching top, or nothing to "special" that would look nerdy, casual wear...

Somthing conservative, that tells others, "Hey, I don't have to show off." Good Luck, High School is just one year away, treasure these times while you can:)
