Good grief. No one could answer all of that here! India is SO diverse. And no, we don't just eat "curry". There are many different types of Indian food, North Indian food is quite different from South Indian. India's been influenced by many different cultures through history .. outside visitors (or invaders in some cases) have included the Aryans, Mongols, Greeks, Chinese, Persians, Arabs, British, Portuguese, French, Dutch ..
There are over 300 languages and more dialects .. some of the languages are: English, Hindi, Marati, Tamil (one of the oldest), Sanskrit, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Tulu, Konkani, Urdu, Portuguese, French, Punjabi, Kashmiri, Bengali, Assamese, ... ok there are too many to list so I'm going to just stop here!
There are also a lot of traditional dances from different parts of the country. Some of the most common and widespread form of CLASSICAL dance are Bharata Natyam, Kathak, Odissi, Kathakali.
You probably need to do more research on it with books or with an Indian web site .. try something like an Indian tourism website, or a government web site, they should have more details.
PS what on earth is "malwari"??

Huge question.
There are 29 states in each province, and except for hindi, they each have four unique official languages and dozens of unique indigenous languages.
You are looking at about 116-ish official languages. Think about that.
Indian isnt a homogenous culture, just like the US isnt. You cant tell me a Pizza in Phoenix is the same as in New York, and you cant tell me that texan Chili and Arizonan chile are the same thing. There are dialects, and different foods, and traditions for each of them. Creole, Bread Basket, Southwest, East Coast, West Coast, Alaskan, Hawaiian and thousands of others. We have just one language and they have hundreds. We have MAYBE 300 million citizens, they have over a billion in about half the area, with much less mobility.
There isnt a single language, food, tradition, or dance, there are hundreds.
