okay..so i am completely in love with the sport gymnastics..and i have been the same weight since ive been around 14..&& recently i have been gaining alot of weight...most of my family is obease..but i stay physically fit..this is ruining my gymnastic career..what shall i do?

You don't say how old you are now but you can't realistically expect to stay the same weight as you were at 14! At 14, you aren't even done growing yet and part of growing is also gaining weight. The clue is not to gain enough to be overweight. All gymnasts grow and you have to practice enough to compensate for the change in height and weight.

the more you stress out about this the more difficult is will become for you to lose the weight. Just do what you normally do to stay fit and try not to think so much about the weight. Don't over exercise and don't stop eating. that will not help.

Aren't you the same girl who asked the question about the hairy belly and the big boobs? I think your life sucks no offence but you are a fat girl with big boobs and a hairy belly that's what you've been saying not me!!!!!

hi....do some additional sports like brisk walking, swimming, jogging, cycling, or any other activities to make you active....
