contrary to popular belief you probly wouldn't have time by the time ya saw it and reacted it would more than likely be to late and if ya did somehow have time to dive on it then you got time to toss it again hopefully clear enough away but yeah i would dive.... and my buddies damn sure better avenge my butt for doin it or i'm gonna be one ticked off guardian angel....

considering there is about a ten second delay for a grenade, i would tell everyone to fall out...as quickly as possible. diving on it would not do much, except muffle the explosion a little bit. i would have to say if you are all that close and don't move away quick enough, no one will do so good. :-/

It is hard to answer a question like this unless you are actually put into the situation. I can say, when I was in high school my older brother was being beaten by an adult relative.
As my mother and sister ran to the phone for the police, I jumped in the middle of the assault and it stopped. I didn't think, I reacted. My mother and sister reacted differently. Its really hard to say what you will do.

yell GRENADE and hit the deck. Four second fuse + time it took for the guy to toss it + hang time + reaction time = OH ISH! and hit the ground. The Medal of Honor is cool and all...but I'd rather recieve my medals at a welcom home ceremony...not my funeral.

Any wound, no matter if stitched or no longer, heals more effective and swifter even as it truly is roofed with a sterile bandage. opposite to conventional theory, leaving it uncovered to the air does no longer help. quite, it will improve the prospect of micro organism entering contact with the wound, which could purely postpone healing.

only if u were willing 2 die for your buds. but u never kno, u and everyone else might just live through it without u having 2 sacrifice ur life.
Its very noble, but in the end it almost seems selfish. To give your life for your friends... You never kno if they would do the same for you, which would be very unwise and stupid. A better question would be would you give youe life for someone that wouldn't give theirs for you?

to be honest i would take cover...and if my friends were smart they would do the same....jumping on the grenade wouldnt really help...it would make things worse for everyone
