Why not? Both of you are malaysian. But my advice is that you ROM your marry in Malaysia, this will solve alot of paper work with the Malaysia High Com in Singapore. Then you need to think about your kids in future, will this maybe later lah. Maybe one of this day both of you will go back to Malaysia.
