If your friends dislike the guy that much, they are probably on to something or you need new friends.
My friends hated my high school boyfriend and then after having two kids with him I figured out why...should have listened to my friends. Good Luck

Believe me, there's a reason why your parents and friends don't like the boy. Listen to them.
Your parents love you and want the best for you, and if they think someone is not good for you, and have a good reason (be honest), then you really need to accept that he isn't probalby a good choice for you.

parents always find out so it is definitely time to come clean, if they dislike this guy for some reason find out why and try to come to a compromise your life will be much easier, if they forbid you to see him and your friends hate him then maybe they see something that you should be seeing. anyway sneaking around your parents backs is not anyway to gain or keep their trust so bit the bullet and talk soon.
