I do traditional stuff like the waltz and I headbang. Nothing in between.
And headbanging isn't dancing by any definition of the word so I guess the only dancing I do is the old traditional stuff.

Yes i do but only when i really feel like letting go of everything. its a great way to let go of stress just dance dance.

Oh Yeah! Going out and dancing all night is a great way to blow off steam and forget about work. Also, it keeps you in shape!

Yep swing stuff like lindyhop, dancehall and JITTABUG. But I can't do any of the newer hip-hop dances to save my life.
