It has been greatly debated the possibility of Charo being born in 1951, in all liklihood its not accurate.

Cher was born: May 20, 1946 (I'll let you do the math)
Charo was born: January 15, 1951

Cher is 71 and I don t think that has ever changed. As mentioned in other answers, Charo s age has been disputed greatly, and the "official" is supposedly a birth date in 1951. I think that is highly inaccurate because she married Xavier Cugat in 1966 and had to have been older than 15 (he was 60). Other birth years that have been thrown alluded to are 1941 and 1946. I don t believe she is 76, but I do think that it s highly likely that she is actually 71.
