Nope The Metal Gear Franchise Belongs To Sony But Snake Will Make An Appearance In The Nintendo Wii Game Smash Bros!!

At this point, very unlikely. A Metal Gear has never been released on Xbox or Xbox 360. Also, none of the main chapters of the series have ever been released on a non-Sony platform. (...only spinoffs and one remake.)
But nothing is impossible. When Capcom announced Resident 4 for Gamecube, they insisted that it would NEVER appear on any other console. Less than a year later it was released for PS2.

it probably wont because its supposed to be a ps3 exclusive, but there is a possibility that it may come out on the 360 because the previous games have all come out on other platforms. So pretty much, we won't know until a few months after launch.

No, its a PS3 exclusive but i don't care I'll be too busy playing better games like Halo 3, Gears of War, Call of Duty 3 and many more better games.
