there's this girl i've liked since about 5th grade (going into 7th now) and i was keeping it a secret but i told one of my friends. he kept telling me that it wasn't a big deal and that i should tell her but i didn't want to. so then one day at school he told her and she did what everyone does at that age (ewwwww! he likes me!) now if i see her at school we say hi to each other. sometimes talk a bit, even after what happened. i'm not gonna ask her if she likes me; i don't want her to freak out again and tell everyone what i said. but how do i know if she likes me?

Hey, if she's still talking to you then she probably does like you! At least she doesn't laugh, run away, or puke when she sees you. If somebody DOESN'T like you and is totally disgusted by your attention, they will let you know in a very strong way. Like punching you in the nose.
Her reaction was just because she was embarrassed. If I were you, I would keep talking to her. You are both probably too young for your parents to let you date, but you could find out if she is doing something with a group where you could go too. Try asking: "What are you doing this weekend?" just as part of your conversation. Sooner or later something will come up where you can invite her along, or where she will invite you. Family outings are fine, in fact really great for her family to come to know and trust you with their daughter.

Hey I am 13 , been there done that ............. just ask her ... if yall can like hang out for a bit and then see where the night leads .. i am sure it will work . ( is she mature beacuse guys are hott in 7th grade what the heck she shouldnt say eeeeeeeeewwwwwww unless your ugly are you ) ?

im goin into 7th and there waz this guy i met who i liked alot who waz friend w/ my friend so she gave me his email and we talked and 1 day he asked me if i liked him and i said yes and it turns out he likes me and now were bf & gf dont be scared just ask her like what my bf did 2 me just ask if she says no just like say ok and just be friends and maybe over the yrs shell mybe like u
