Here it is - blow by blow...
1) I got up at 8:15 am
2) Walked my dog (Toy American Eskimo)
3) Got ready for work
4) Drove 1 mile to work and had issues with the parking deck gate, but got in eventually.
5) Ate a granola bar while turning on my computer
6) Literally sat at my desk from 9:15 am to 5:30pm (while listening to my Ipod) working furiously on a project I had to get done by Monday. I told my two direct reports that they needed to keep themselves busy so I could finish the project. I did get it done (which means I don't have to work this weekend).
7) Read some emails and returned phone calls before leaving for the day.
8) Got home at 6:45 pm - starving since I didn't even have lunch. Walked my dog again.
9) Went out to dinner (Chili's) and then went to a friend's place to hang out and look at some pictures he took in Dubai.
10) Got home at 10:00 pm because I was tired. Walked my dog again.
11) Watched today's episode of Y&R - love it! Also watched an episode of Invader Zim.
12) Have been online checking my sagging investment accounts - market sucks lately.
13) Here I am now.

I woke up babysat my niece until the school bus came for her. Then I waited for my mom to get home from the hospital with my sister, my nieces mom. Because her boyfriend ran over her feet. Then I went to the bank and paid some bills. Then I went back home to finally take a shower and nap. Before going to work my swing shift job which I am about to get off of work now. And I think I am going to end my day with a nice cool beer at home before going to bed.

You won't find a job that way... Only half my day is up, but so far I have been for a leg workout at the gym and to the shops and stockfeed store. Also I have fed my animals, done a small amount of housework and sat at the computer a while... soon I'll be entertaining family at lunch (sausage sizzle) and later we will have to see... No plans past that yet.

Since it's my husbands day to get up with the baby, I got to sleep in till 9, yep that's sleeping in. Then I drank coffee, and for the past 3 hours while they both are sleeping I've been listening to music on my headphones and played online, shopping, games and now answers. Fun, yet pathetic and completely counter productive. Oh well, life is short.

Between my hudband and I we went on 3 fire calls, visited with his parents and sister, as always was a mom to 2, and of course a chef to beat all(yea right but at least my family ate!) Now I'm wired and they are all asleep.

slept till 11AM got up ate lunch took shower watched mash for an hour got dressed went to work I'm still here.

I watched a thunderstorm in Phoenix Arizona today, wow. A thunderstorm is such a treat for us who live here in the desert. It was awesome, wind, lightning and rain.
