the police was refusing with my FIR and they did not record my FIR for one month, unless i give in newspaper that same, now, that the suspacts are arrested and court of justice said that due to lat FIR(not with-in 10 days) the suspact can not be sent to persion, and rather Mr.Justice ordered to release them. what should i do? its was not my fault, it was the police not recoreding the FIR. my location is Peshawar.Pakistan. please help.

Delayed F.I.R may be explained to Mr.Justice. Police may be sue for been un-co-operative behiever. do not loose and give up, take your best time and remembeer, law musrt win againest injustice. GL

I understand completely and agree that it's not your fault that the FIR wasn't recorded on time. Where I live we call it a Fir-ball, in that it is an injustice suffered by the victim, caused by someone else, but he (victim) is forced to swallow the blame on his own and Fir-balls by their very nature are ticklish matters to discuss with the police or Mr. Justice, because they won't listen to you anyway. So the suspect goes free. I wonder if they have an internal affairs to complain to.

When posting to a population not in your country don't use initials to describe something. What the hell is FIR? Besides we do not know your laws. Maybe someone who has been to Pakistan will answer your question, but most haven't. Good luck (did not sound to be mean, just helpful.
