Read the actual arguments for darwinism.
Explore wikipedia, it's a very simple science.
That's very powerful and persuasive, if only you READ it.
Survival of the fittest is very commonsensical.
I've seen it far before Darwin in Machiavelli's Prince.
That which survives, which continues to spread it's influence is the strongest ideas. The strongest state, The best mode of statecraft. It is a process that is obvious from many many perspectives and structures in life-- which EXPLAINS the development of richer, more powerful systems over others WITHOUT the added, unnecessary attribution of a human or divine subject crafting it all. From a historical perspective this is wrong. If you buy a religion 9/10 you believe in free-willl and God has nothing to do with the formations of governments and societies. And yet there are no "illuminati" hovering over the top of all human affairs determining what social recourse will prove the timely standard.
I hope this helps. It is realism on the level of process applied to biology, genetics and speciation. It isn't that foreign once you master some basic concepts in the field. And it's not irreconcilable with God starting the process, at various levels of intervention. Don't be afraid to be interested. Good Luck.
*** really all I ever see are fallacies concerning the lack of proof in evolution. And if you see them as frequently as I do, you must know that the detractors don't have much to say.

The good thing about the theory of evolution is that you do not have to take it on faith. There is a LOT of scientific information about it.
If you lack faith in evolution right now, why not familiarize yourself with EVIDENCE?
First, you go to your local bookstore and buy the book called "On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or The Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life"[1]
Then you read it.
If still not convinced you got to your local community college and sign up for a biology class.
If still not convinced -- you read recent books and research until the evidence is so OVERWHELMING that your start to have faith in evolution.

Well I read this book that mentioned that the Darwin did not intend to try to prove that God did not exist. All he wanted to do was explain what he could observe (his theory makes sense if you look at all the evidence). And if you look at his theory nowhere does he say that God is not responsible for this.
But this doesn't mean that the world was created exactly as it says in the Bible ( otherwise how would you explain the 'ice age'??).
I personally believe in evolution and I believe that God is responsible for life. But I don't believe all that is written in the Bible happened as is, especially since it was written by the hand of Man and there have been so many translations.

Evolution can't really be put under faith. Faith is believing isin something that has no evidence but you believe anyway. Evolution is a scientific theory. It is much more deductive then faith. Faith is more believing an explanation for events. Where as theories cross elimanate implausable explanations, and narrow down to what might be plausable.

Whether Darwinian evolution or David S's evolution or Christ's evolution. First accept the fact that there is evolutions. You born as a small thing and evolved to this extend Physically and mentally. If there is a creator, he also undergoes evolution and finds out different ways and means to evolve you. That way he also evolves. Dear, don't close your eyes and stand infront of a speeding train.

Evolution is not faith base. It is based on the scientific method (that of testing and retesting). Its roots are in biology and physical anthropology. Religion on the other hand is faith based. If no one has faith in a religion it ceases to be a religion and becomes part of history and cultural anthropology. As of right now there are still holes and unresolved questions in the theory of evolution that is why it has not moved up in status to a Law. Thus, there are still creationists.

Dont forget Darwin didnt have all the answers they are just theories that cant be proven. And scientist after him have disproven some of his theories. He also stole someone elses info and combined it his to come up with a theory and claim it as his own, so that tells you right there he cant be fully trusted.

That is the crux of the problem, and it takes faith, a choice of faith, a decision. What will you choose to believe?

You don't have to. Even though I think Creationists are kooks, I still respect their decision to believe how they do. There are many religious scientists. Don't try to believe something you see evidence against.
