Just trim and call it good, especially if you have never done it before. The last thing you need is to get a case of folliculitis (infection of hair follicles from shaving) or have the stubble drive you crazy on your big day. Use a scissor and trim things up. Congratulations on your wedding.

I wasn't sure what to answer, except that I saw one person answered your question by saying "use Nair." Nair is a very harsh product on normal skin, and it says right on the bottle to not use it in your genital area. Please don't take this advice, it could literally hurt you.

As for shaving, I do it and have for years. It took some getting used to, but I really like how much cleaner I feel. I know my boyfriend appreciates how hygienic it is too when it comes to foreplay or love making. I don't shave completely though. I leave a thin strip of hair above...I don't like shaving completely, after all...I'm not 12 so I need a little hair. But I have come to greatly appreciate the benefits of shaving your pubic hair. (Besides you feel sexier and that's a boost of confidence!)

I don't think lotions or cremes is a good idea. They are chemicals that are not good for sensitive skin. U could get a self waxing kit specially for this area and wax it off yourself. I'm sure it hurts like crazy though. Personally, I go for the shave off method, it's quick and easy once u get used to it, although the ingrown hair problem might be something u would like to consider before shaving.

Yes! Or have your husband do it.... As I'm not a female, I've never used an epilator, but the PAIN I've heard when women used them shaving their legs, if it was me I'd say hell NO!

I wouldn't if I were you. It's hard to do and later it itches like crazy.
