I wish I had one of these while teaching class! Trash-talking, arrogant little brats! He got what he deserved. Next time an armed cop tells you to stand up, your options are pretty limited. Yes! Too funny!

The best part is he wanted him to stand up, but after tazering him he wnated him to sit down. Lol, that cracks me up. "Get up, get up... ZZZZZZ... Sit down." Too funny, really, too f*cking funny.

As an ex-cop watching that, it doesn't look justified. Looks like the guy was drunk and he was being administered a sobriety test or a search incident to the arrest. I would have to see more, or know more about it, but this guy did not look like he was threatening or a danger to the officer in any way.
I can't think of any reason this suspect deserved this higher level of force.
I usually lean towards law enforcement and have no respect for drunks or criminals and I even believe that career criminals should be denied their citizenship and should have to earn it back, but . . .
This needs to be looked into further. Lots of liability with a peace officer's job - this is one area where the officer looks like he got frustrated and made a bad choice.
Glad I'm not doing that anymore.

It is sad that our society has come to this. yes he more then likely deserved it, the sad part is how stupid people have become thinking they can get away with things. When a cop says stand up, sit down.... better listen. Oh well I hope he did not fill his shorts it can happen when you get tazed.
